  Actress Soha Ali Khan has joined the cast of ‘Chhorii 2’. The film is a sequel to the 2021 Nushrratt Bharuccha-starrer ‘Chhorii’, which narrated the story of a pregnant woman (Sakshi – played by Nushrratt Bharuccha) haunted by the spirit of a woman, who was murdered by her in-laws. The sequel is set to pick up Sakshi’s story from where it left off in the first film and will bring back some key characters as well as introduce new characters and monsters, promising to be even more terrifying than the first edition. Talking about entering the ‘Chhorii’ universe, Soha Ali Khan said, “I am thrilled to join the cast and be a part of the world of ‘Chhorii’. The role that I play in ‘Chhorii 2’ is truly unique and a significant departure from the work I have previously been a part of. I really enjoyed the first edition of ‘Chhorii’, and am excited to up the horror quotient in this edition.”

  Dharma Productions is set to release its Sidharth Malhotra-led action film  Yodha  in theatres on July 7, 2023. The movie is directed by debutant duo Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre. Filmmaker Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Shashank Khaitan’s Mentor Disciple Films have bankrolled the film. It was earlier supposed to release on November 11 this year. The makers announced the release date of Yodha in a press note, which read, “Sidharth Malhotra’s #Yodha to release on 7th July 2023 in cinemas.” Yodha, produced by Hiroo Johar,  Karan Johar , Apoorva Mehta and Khaitan, also features Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani. Raashi, as readers would know, is also celebrating her birthday today.

Wahbi Khazri scored for the Tunisians in the 58th minute to give the lead but it wasn’t enough to get them into the round of 16. Australia beat Denmark 1-0 in other Group D game and finished second on goal difference. Tunisia were fantastic from start to finish and thoroughly deserved the points.  France, who made nine changes for this match, now take on the runners-up in Group C, which will be concluded later on Wednesday

  Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has wrapped up a schedule for  Dunki  in Saudi Arabia. SRK took to Instagram to share a video of himself in a desert, and thanked the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Culture for the picturesque locations and warm hospitality. Shah Rukh captioned his video, “A very big Shukran to #SaudiArabiaMinistryOfCulture, the team and all who made this shoot schedule of #Dunki so smooth…” In the video, Shah Rukh Khan says, “There’s nothing more satisfying than completing a shooting schedule, as is Dunki in Saudi. Thank you for giving us such spectacular locations and the warm hospitality. I want to thank Raju sir and the rest of the cast and crew….a very big Shukran to you all. God bless you.” Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, is booked for December 2023 release. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu. Dunki is expected to highlight the rampant use of an illegal backdoor route called ‘Donkey Flight’ by Indians to migrate to countries like Canada and USA.
